ou know with the hustle and bustle of our daily lives we forget the beauty of the cities we live in…. with our photography we can slow down and capture the true beauty that surrounds us.
I’ve been photographing our iconic landmarks in my town of Spokane Washington and truly falling in love with my city again.
Another iconic landmark in Spokane Washington I photographed today… It’s the Monroe Street Bridge which was build in 1911 an spans the Spokane River. At completion, it was the largest concrete arch bridge in the U.S and the longest in the world.
The historical Washington Water Power building and our gorgeous falls in downtown Spokane Washington. I really enjoy photographing our cities beautiful landmarks.
Had so much fun playing round with long exposure photography last night with Taija in the Garland District…. I have actually never captured this type of photography, however I think I am continue working on perfecting my skills.
I went to the garden center today shopping for flowers and found this beautiful lily which I couldn’t help but photograph and edit in my abstract feel
Another apple to add to my series.
Continuing to work on my apple series for my next art show…. the series just keeps getting better.
Don’t let the rain stop you doing what you love. I have these huge fake sunflowers staring right at me screaming at me to photograph them and do something funky and creative with them.
Sometimes you create an abstract and it’s just not speaking to you….. walk away from it and return when you can see what you have and push it until it speaks to you visually…. I finally got there with this flower abstract…..
