Well Mike Miley and I grabbed our cameras and our journey took us to the Bowl and Pitcher in Riverside State Park in Spokane Washington ……… Sweet Mother of Pear we decided to take a little hike and I think I became a “mountain goat” tonight climbing up and down a load of rocks to get to the amazing little beach.

I’ve been photographing our iconic landmarks in my town of Spokane Washington and truly falling in love with my city again.
Took out my Sigma 150-600 for my first photography experience last night and boy that lens is a beast and a heavy piece of glass.
Even though my image I captured isn’t technically the best I love the composition and feeling of the image. I’m definitely going back out and continue working on capturing beautiful images of the moon.
I had fun photographing the iconic Spokesman-Review building in Spokane Washington which was erected in 1891. The weather was crazy, it went from beautiful sunshine to the skies opening up and pouring rain…… needless to say I was soaked and freezing after this photo shoot….. THE LIFE OF A PHOTOGRAPHER.
