I Did a THING

General

So I did a thing while in Israel. This tattoo shop was opened in 1300 and has been owned by the same family for 28 generations. My stencil was craved from wood and is approximately 500 years old which they used to stencil it on my arm. The tattoo presents love and family…. the parent doves are in the tree watching the children soar and the world PEACE is written in Latin, Hebrew and Arabic which I prayer for daily

Special Moments In Time

Family Portraiture, General

Photography gives you so many blessing capturing beautiful memories for special people in your life. As a photographer giving back to my community is extremely important to me because nothing touches my heart than capturing moments like this.

Church, Newspaper Building, The Moon…. what do they have in common

General, sigma 150-600 lens

What do these images have in common…. they were all captured with my Sigma 150-600mm super zoom lens. WHAT A BEAST!

Sigma 150-600 First Image

General, The Moon, The Flag, Sigma 150-600 Lens

Took out my Sigma 150-600 for my first photography experience last night and boy that lens is a beast and a heavy piece of glass.

Even though my image I captured isn’t technically the best I love the composition and feeling of the image. I’m definitely going back out and continue working on capturing beautiful images of the moon.

Monroe Street Bridge

General, Monroe Street Bridge, Pacific Northwest

Another iconic landmark in Spokane Washington I photographed today… It’s the Monroe Street Bridge which was build in 1911 an spans the Spokane River. At completion, it was the largest concrete arch bridge in the U.S and the longest in the world.

Urban Beauty

General, Riverfront Park Spokane Washington

If you ever visit my hometown of Spokane Washington make sure you visit Riverfront Park in the downtown area. We are blessed to have such a beautiful park in our city and it’s a photographers playground to say the least.

Iconic Spokesman-Review Building

General, landscape photography, Long Exposure Photography, Nikon D750, Spokesman-Review Building Spokane Washington

I had fun photographing the iconic Spokesman-Review building in Spokane Washington which was erected in 1891. The weather was crazy, it went from beautiful sunshine to the skies opening up and pouring rain…… needless to say I was soaked and freezing after this photo shoot….. THE LIFE OF A PHOTOGRAPHER.

My Best Friend… Lost But Not Forgotten

dog, dog lover, my buddy, fur baby, Constantine, General

Let me introduce you to my best friend CONSTANTINE AUGUSTS. I lost my best friend a few years ago, but there isn’t a day I don’t think of my little guy.

I recently found this image of Constantine which was so dark you could barely make him out in the image. Over the last week I’ve been determined to save the image and I was able to come away with this sweet memory of my buddy.

For My Friend

Clarissa Castor a fellow photography peer and her love of teapots was what inspired me to create this abstract piece this morning.

I used acrylic paint and a teapot stamp and tried to recreate her cute teapot she recently purchased and of course I seen ABSTRACT ART.
