I never really understand how in a spilt second I feel the need to create my artwork. Playing with acrylic paint I find to be so creative and totally feel so free with this medium when creating my abstract photography.
I’ve always had the passion for cooking, which I can thank my mother for passing on that gift.
Tonight, I’m trying my had at learning the art of cooking in a Tagine and preparing traditional Moroccan Saffron Chicken. The aroma of all the spices and cilantro smell absolutely amazing.
Bringing amazing meals to the table for my family to enjoy fills my heart with joy.
Riverfront Park located in downtown Spokane Washington is a photographer’s joy capturing beautiful images throughout our different seasons.
I photographed this abstract a year ago and never totally happy with it. Today, while I worked on getting images ready for my upcoming artwork this image just kept calling me.
So when something keeps grabbing your attention it’s for a reason. After an hour of serious editing I FINALLY have a beautiful abstract piece of artwork.
I love how photography can be taken in so many directions and the impact it may or may not have on the viewer. I’m finding the more I explore my photographer and the editing process I am freeing myself to be creative in ways I would have thought I’d never do, I would worry to much about my photography not being liked. What I’ve learned from not worrying about receiving criticism actually frees you to keep exploring and finding you……
We are always looking for amazing locally owned neighborhood restaurants of our Friday Night Date night…….. and boy we found a gem in our neighborhood……… It’s Elliot’s an Urban Kitchen. The couple who own Elliott’s are without a doubt the most amazing couple… you are always greeted with a smile and a huge hug……….. you are family to them.
I always bring my camera because it’s guaranteed I’m going to come aways with amazing images… tonight I decided to take a few images of the bar because it full of color and textures.
I highly recommend it you are ever visiting Spokane Washington stop by Elliott’s and enjoy fantastic food, amazing people and become a family member for life.
I really enjoy photographing on foggy nights, the fog just adds so much drama to an image.
